Who is responsible

What is collected

Only what you choose to send when you enquire: your name, a phone number or email address, the area you live in, and anything you write in your message, which may include information about nerves or additional needs if you decide to share it.

What it is used for

To reply to you and to arrange and deliver your driving lessons. It is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Enquiries sent through the form on this website pass through Formspree, a form service that emails them to Titus and keeps a copy on its own servers, which may be outside the UK.

How long it is kept

For as long as you are a pupil or an open enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you by emailing tfdriving@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The Success Stories page shows Google reviews through a third-party widget (SociableKit), which loads from its own servers and may set its own cookies.
